Obiettivi formativi | L’insegnamento mira all’acquisizione delle nozioni teoriche e applicative del Diritto del lavoro sia nella dimensione collettiva (libertà e attività sindacale, esercizio del diritto di sciopero, contrattazione collettiva), sia nella dimensione individuale (attraverso l’analisi della disciplina dei rapporti di lavoro considerati nella regolamentazione delle vicende lavorative, dalla instaurazione del rapporto all’estinzione dello stesso). |
Prerequisiti | Per poter essere ammesso all’esame, lo studente deve avere prima sostenuto gli esami propedeutici di: |
Metodologie didattiche | Gli specifici obiettivi formativi vengono perseguiti nell’ambito delle attività didattiche attraverso un approccio diretto con le fonti di disciplina e con attenzione ai profili applicativi degli istituti esaminati. |
Metodi di valutazione | L’esame di profitto consiste nello svolgimento di una prova orale, mediante un colloquio con almeno tre domande aperte. |

Contents | The program of Labour Law includes both the study of trade union law and individual employment relationships, with particular attention to the establishment, development and termination of subordinate employment relationships. |
Textbook and course materials | Regarding Trade Union Law, the following handbook is recommended: |
Course objectives | The course aims at acquiring the theoretical and applicative notions of Labour Law both in the collective dimension (freedom and trade union activity, exercise of the right to strike, collective bargaining) and in the individual dimension (through the analysis of the discipline of employment relationships considered in the regulation of employment events, from the establishment of the relationship to its termination). Also through a direct approach to sources and the discussion of practical cases, the course aims to develop students' critical awareness of the impact of economic, technological and organizational transformations on the protection of the person who works. |

Teaching methods | The specific educational objectives are pursued as part of the teaching activities through a direct approach with the sources of the discipline and with attention to the application profiles of the institutes examined. |
Evaluation methods | The exam consists in carrying out an oral test, through an interview with at least three open questions. |
