Contenuti | L’insegnamento mira a fornire, attraverso l’analisi della normativa (nazionale ed eurounitaria), nonché della dottrina e della giurisprudenza, un inquadramento sistematico della disciplina dello sport nell’ordinamento nazionale. |

Obiettivi formativi | L’insegnamento mira a impartire allo studente la conoscenza dei principali argomenti della disciplina dell'ordinamento sportivo, stimolandone le capacità argomentative e la sensibilità verso i problemi pratici della materia. L'insegnamento mira a contribuire alla formazione di agenti e procuratori sportivi, consulenti di società sportive e sponsor, organizzatori di eventi sportivi, collaboratori di leghe, associazioni e organizzazioni sportive. |
Prerequisiti | Propedeuticità: Diritto pubblico e costituzionale |
Metodologie didattiche | In aggiunta alle lezioni fontali saranno organizzati seminari di approfondimento sulle novità legislative e giurisprudenziali maggiormente rilevanti. |
Metodi di valutazione | Colloquio orale. Prima dell'esame finale sono previste prove di verifica intermedie sulle tematiche trattate. |

Contents | The teaching aims to provide, through the analysis of legislation (national and Euro-unitary), as well as doctrine and jurisprudence, a systematic framework of the discipline of sport in the national legal system. |

Course objectives | The teaching aims to give to the student knowledge of the main topics of the sports discipline, stimulating their argumentative skills and sensitivity towards the practical problems of the subject. The teaching also aims to contribute to the training of sports agents and agents, consultants of sports clubs and sponsors, organizers of sports events, collaborators of sports leagues, associations and organisations. |

Teaching methods | In addition to the lectures, in-depth workshops on the most relevant legislative and jurisprudential news will be organized. |
Evaluation methods | Discussion. Intermediate verification tests on the topics discussed are expected before the final exam. |
