Programma del corso | Ha ad oggetto la trattazione istituzionale della materia del diritto privato (Fonti del diritto e legalità costituzionale; fatto ed effetto giuridico; situazione soggettiva e rapporto giuridico; metodo giuridico e interpretazione; persone fisiche e giuridiche; famiglia; successioni; donazioni; proprietà e altri diritti reali; obbligazioni; contratto in generale; singoli contratti; responsabilità civile; promesse unilaterali; altre fonti delle obbligazioni; tutela dei diritti; pubblicità), con esclusione delle parti tradizionalmente ricomprese in altri insegnamenti specialistici (lavoro; impresa; società; azienda; concorrenza; titoli di credito; fallimento; mercato mobiliare; contratti bancari; contratti assicurativi; contratti di borsa). |

Course Syllabus | Its object is the institutional treatment of the subject of private law (Sources of law and constitutional legality; legal fact and effect; subjective situation and legal relationship; legal method and interpretation; natural and legal persons; family; inheritances; donations; property and other rights real; obligations; contract in general; individual contracts; civil liability; unilateral promises; other sources of obligations; protection of rights; advertising), with the exclusion of the parts traditionally included in other specialized teachings (work; business; society; company; competition; credit securities; bankruptcy; securities market; banking contracts; insurance contracts; stock market contracts). |
