Obiettivi formativi | L’insegnamento mira a impartire allo studente la conoscenza dei principali argomenti della disciplina del diritto commerciale, stimolandone le capacità argomentative e la sensibilità verso i problemi pratici della materia, al fine di fornire le basi della formazione come giurista d’impresa. |
Prerequisiti | Propedeuticità con il superamento dell'esame di Istitituzioni di diritto privato. |
Metodologie didattiche | Lezioni frontali, integrati da materiale didattico disponibile su piattaforma moodle |
Metodi di valutazione | L’esame si svolge in forma orale. Il voto sarà determinato sulla base di criteri valutativi che tengono conto dei seguenti parametri: comprensione della materia, conoscenza della disciplina, capacità espositive, capacità di ragionamento critico e dialettico del candidato. |
Altre informazioni | Il corso prevede 2 CFU di attività pratiche, che saranno svolte durante le lezioni frontali ed in attività seminaristi comunicate a lezione. |

Course objectives | Teaching aims to give the student knowledge of the main topics of the discipline of commercial law, stimulating their argumentative skills and sensitivity towards the practical problems of the subject, in order to provide the basics of training as a business lawyer. |
Prerequisites | Students must have passed the exam of private law teaching. |
Teaching methods | Frontal lessons, integrated by teaching material available on the Moodle platform |
Evaluation methods | The exam takes place in oral form. The vote will be determined on the basis of evaluation criteria that take into account the following parameters: understanding of the matter, knowledge of the discipline, exhibition skills, critical and dialectical capacity of the candidate. |
Other information | The teaching includes 2 credits of practical activities, which will be carried out during the frontal lessons and in seminarian activities communicated during the lessons. |
