The Library collects the main international regulation and the scientific literature on the criminal protection of cultural property.

The Library has two sections:

• Institutional Resources: contains the main international Conventions, EU regulations, and the notes by public organisation about the protection of cultural property.
• Bibliographic Resources: contains a selection of scientific literature on the main topics concerning cultural property, such as illicit trafficking in cultural goods, criminal protection of cultural heritage, restitution of cultural property, and so on.

The database is in alphabetic order by institution and authors, and each entry has a hyperlink to the relevant resource.

In the Bibliographic Resources section, the symbol  indicates online resources (open or restricted access) and the symbol  signals the resources not available online.
