Programma del corso | Ha ad oggetto la trattazione istituzionale dell’intera materia del diritto privato (nozioni introduttive; soggetti; famiglia; successioni; donazioni; proprietà; altri diritti reali; obbligazioni; contratto in generale; singoli contratti; responsabilità civile; altre fonti delle obbligazioni; pubblicità), con esclusione delle parti tradizionalmente ricomprese in altri insegnamenti specialistici (lavoro; impresa; società; azienda; concorrenza; titoli di credito; fallimento; mercato mobiliare; contratti bancari; contratti assicurativi; contratti di borsa). |

Course objectives | The course aims to provide students with the fundamental and basic notions of the Italian Private Law system in the context of the complexity and unity of the current supranational legal system. |

Course Syllabus | Its object is the institutional treatment of the entire subject of private law (introductory notions; subjects; family; succession; donations; property; other real rights; obligations; contract in general; individual contracts; civil liability; unilateral promises; other sources of obligations ; protection of rights; advertising), with the exclusion of the parties traditionally included in other specialized courses (work; business; company; company; competition; credit securities; bankruptcy; securities market; bank contracts; insurance contracts; stock exchange contracts). |
