| Obiettivi formativi | L'insegnamento si prefigge di approfondire la conoscenza dei contratti di piú comune impiego nel settore sportivo, esaminati sia sotto il profilo regolamentare sia sotto il profilo negoziale e redazionale. Tale preparazione è funzionale alla formazione di operatori giuridici e di figure professionali destinate a operare presso società, associazioni ed enti del settore sportivo, nonché presso le federazioni e le imprese del comparto. |
| Prerequisiti | Aver superato gli esami di Diritto Privato e Diritto dello Sport. |
| Metodi didattici | L'insegnamento si articola in lezioni frontali, per complessive 36 ore (6 CFU), erogate nel secondo semestre, accompagnate da esercitazioni su casi specifici, finalizzate all'analisi e alla redazione dei contratti del settore sportivo. La frequenza non è obbligatoria, ma è vivamente raccomandata, in ragione del carattere applicativo dell'attività didattica. |
| Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento | L'esame si svolge in forma orale e verte sull'intero programma. Il colloquio accerta il livello dei risultati di apprendimento attesi e tiene conto dei seguenti parametri di valutazione: completezza e correttezza delle risposte; livello di approfondimento; capacità di operare collegamenti critici; qualità dell'esposizione e uso corretto della terminologia tecnico-giuridica. |

| Course objectives | The course aims to deepen the knowledge of the contracts most commonly used in the sports sector, examined both from the regulatory and from the negotiating and drafting perspective. This preparation serves the training of legal practitioners and professional figures intended to operate within sports companies, associations and bodies, as well as within the sector's federations and undertakings. |
| Prerequisites | Have passed the exams in Private Law and Sports Law. |
| Teaching methods | The teaching is organised in lectures, for a total of 36 hours (6 ECTS), delivered in the second semester, accompanied by exercises on specific cases, aimed at the analysis and drafting of contracts in the sports sector. Attendance is not compulsory but is strongly recommended, given the applied nature of the teaching activity. |
| Assessment methods | The examination is oral and covers the entire syllabus. The interview ascertains the level of the expected learning outcomes and takes account of the following assessment parameters: completeness and correctness of the answers; level of detail; capacity to establish critical connections; quality of the exposition and correct use of legal-technical terminology. |
